1. Accommodations.
First class hotel accommodation with private bath or shower the ratings assigned to hotel reflect the opinion of Animal Action Safaris. The room could be triple/double/twin bedded/single room occupancy

2. Meals
All three meals daily per itinerary in place.

3. Air Transportation
Your travel agent should arrange international flights or Animal Action Safaris can refer you to its preferred source of air tickets. All domestic flights while on safari must be arranged through Animal Action Safaris

4. Luggage
Tour rates include the Transport and handling of two pieces of luggage per person per airline regulations.
Guest are urged however to travel with only one medium-size suitcase on certain flights within Africa. Strict luggage restrictions apply and full details are provided in the tour documentation. The safety for the luggage and personal effects are at owner’s risk throughout the tour.

5. Taxes
The tour’s charges includes hotel taxes as imposed by city and state governments, entrance fees to National Parks and Game Reserves and airport taxes for intra country and international flights are not included.

Not included in quoted tour charges : cost of obtaining passports, visas, travel insurance, excess baggage charges, items of a personal nature such as drinks, laundry, communication (calls, emails etc) international departure tax(to be paid in us dollars or acceptable foreign currencies.

Online Credit card payment.  what card type do you accept?

• Visas, Mastercard, American Express.

What is a 4% charge?

• It is a bank surcharge added to the original amount for credit card transactions.

Why should I opt for a credit card payment method?

• It is the fastest and easiest way to make payment to us. Approval is immediate once the payment is processed. Opting for a credit card transaction helps us confirm all the reservations easily.

How to know if the transaction done through a credit card payment is successful? 

• Once you input the card details through a secured site you will receive the approval and the online receipts which you must print out for your records then send us a copy of the payment receipt to immediately confirm your reservation.

If my credit card transactions fails what happens next?

• For instance that your credit card transaction fails you may need to contact your bank for the authorization of payments to Tanzania, Typically banks put a  caveat for the protection of their customers from fraudulent transactions in foreign countries

Cancellation policies & fees

Cancellations received by Animals Action Safaris 25% off the payment for 120 days or more before the safari or tour starts.

50% of the payment for 119 to 90 days before the safari or tour starts.

100% off total costs for 30 days and below or no Show.

Note. We will confirm you tour package upon receipt of 30% deposit of the total cost of the package.

The remaining balance is payable in full 30 days before arrival.

It is required to pay 50% or full payment when a tour is booked in less than 30 days.
